1. What is included in your packages?

Almost everything you need! The ceremony space, reception space, chairs, linens, decor, bride & groom suites, a meal for each guest, wedding coordinator and staffing for the event, as well as vendor credits to help with the expense of DJ, floral, and cake!

2. What costs are not included in your packages?

Photobooth, dance floor, photographer, officiant, and alcohol is not included.

3. Can I bring in my own alcohol or outside caterer?

You cannot. In order to guarantee the quality and safety of food and drink consumed on the property and in compliance with our liquor license all food and drink must be provided in house. 

4. Can I choose my own Vendors?

Yes! We have preferred vendors we love working with and highly recommend but you are also welcome to choose your own! The only exception is alcohol and catering which must be done in house.

5. Will there be any other events going on while mine is?

We keep it private! While there may be more than just your event happening, you will only share the parking lot. You always have the option to rent out the entire property as well!

6. are pets allowed on the property?

Just like all your family members, pets are welcome. We just ask that they stay off the furniture. 

7. are sparklers allowed on the property?

Yes! We allow sparklers on the property for your grand exit!

8. Is there anything our wedding coordinator cannot help with?

They cannot help with anything off site (church ceremonies for example) but anything done on the property they will supervise and run for you!

9. Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! We can work with you to create a payment plan, just know that the balance does have to be paid in full thirty days before your event!

10. Is the rehearsal included in my package?

Yes! A one hour rehearsal is included in your package.

11. How do I book?

Come tour the property and select which space is perfect for you! You’ll meet your coordinator right then and they will take you through all the steps to selecting and securing your date!
